Terms of Purchase & Service Agreement
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing any test series, membership pass, or study material on TestGurukul.

All test packages, mock questions, sectional drills, and All-India Exam Passes are immediate intangible digital services. Once payment is confirmed through our payment gateway (Razorpay), digital access is granted instantly and permanently to your account. Therefore, all purchases are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
Binding Agreement
By creating an account, logging in via Google OAuth, browsing this platform, or completing a payment on TestGurukul ("Platform", "we", "our"), you ("User", "Student", "Aspirant") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the platform and refrain from completing any purchases.
User Identity & Profile Integrity
• Authentication: User accounts are securely verified through Google OAuth (Firebase Authentication). You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current email and contact information.
• Personal Single-User License: Each purchase and subscription grants a non-transferable, single-user license strictly intended for individual exam preparation. Sharing your login credentials, password, or account tokens with other individuals is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent termination without refund.
• Cross-Device Access: Your purchases are synchronized with your unique Firebase User ID (UID), allowing you to study seamlessly across mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.
Immediate Digital Delivery
The platform provides exclusively online digital examination content, including full-length mock tests, chapter-wise questions, timer simulations, detailed solution keys, percentile rankings, and downloadable educational PDFs. Delivery is 100% digital and instantaneous upon transaction success. No physical goods, paper booklets, or postal mailings are shipped.
Zero Returns & Final Sale Terms
• No Refund After Delivery: Because all examination materials and answer solutions are made immediately accessible to the user upon payment, we maintain a strict zero-refund and no-cancellation policy.
• Free Trial Evaluation: We provide free mock test attempts and preview questions on our platform so students can thoroughly evaluate the test interface, question quality, and difficulty level prior to initiating any purchase.
• Accidental Purchases: Once a transaction is completed on the Razorpay gateway and verified by our backend servers, requests for chargebacks or refunds claiming accidental purchase, change of mind, or test date postponement by exam agencies will not be entertained.
Pass Expiration & Active Periods
• All-India Exam Pass: Unlocks all current and upcoming test series across SSC, Railway, Banking, Teaching, and State Exams for 365 calendar days from the moment of purchase.
• Single Test Series Pass: Unlocks all tests under the specific purchased exam folder for the entire active recruitment year/cycle.
• Fair Usage: Automated bot attempts, bulk downloading of questions via scripts, or denial-of-service attempts will lead to immediate account suspension without refund.
Razorpay Payments Processing
All financial transactions are handled securely through RBI-authorized payment aggregator Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. with 128-bit/256-bit bank-grade SSL encryption and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. TestGurukul does not collect, view, or store credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords.
