To access personalized analytics, saved progress, and premium mock tests, you may be required to register using Google Single Sign-On. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your authentication credentials.
• Use the account solely for personal, non-commercial educational preparation. Account sharing, credential reselling, or simultaneous automated access is strictly prohibited.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the platform, test question curations, interface designs, LaTeX formatted mathematical and scientific explanations, score calculation software, and brand assets are our proprietary intellectual property and are protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access mock tests strictly for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You may not scrape, reproduce, republish, distribute, or reverse engineer any content without prior written permission.

4Digital Delivery & Payments

All purchases on TestGurukul represent intangible digital educational services. Access to purchased tests, question banks, and solutions is unlocked immediately upon confirmation from the payment gateway.

Payments are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (Cashfree). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made via our site.

5Independent Educational Platform Disclaimer

Non-Affiliation Notice: TestGurukul is an independent private educational preparation and mock test platform. We are not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB), Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), State Public Service Commissions, or any government examination authority.

Official exam notices, syllabus guidelines, and recruitment alerts are aggregated from public domain government announcements strictly for informational convenience.
